Sculptured Couture — Website & Product Terms

These terms cover purchases and project inquiries through sculpturedcouture.com, operated by Sculptured Couture LLC in Oregon. Our collection includes handmade decorative hardware, concrete sculptures, home décor, and custom artwork. Please review each product’s dimensions, materials, and intended use before ordering. Handmade pieces may vary in color, texture, and finish, and screen colors may differ from the actual piece. These variations do not remove your rights concerning damaged, incorrect, or defective goods. Follow the care instructions provided with your purchase.

Orders, Custom Projects & Shipping

Orders: Review the product description, quantity, price, shipping charges, and delivery details before completing checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Please provide accurate contact and shipping information and contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order.

Custom projects: An inquiry does not place an order. The scope, dimensions, materials, finish, price, payment schedule, and estimated production time should be agreed in writing before work begins. Any requested changes to an agreed design, price, or schedule must also be confirmed in writing.

Shipping: Customers pay the shipping charges disclosed at checkout or in the agreed quote. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you about consenting to a delay or receiving a refund for unshipped merchandise, as required by applicable law.

Returns, Cancellations & Contact

For standard items, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Custom orders may be canceled for a refund before production begins; change-of-mind cancellations are not available once production starts. These rules do not limit legal rights or remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.

Website use: Sculptured Couture’s original artwork, photographs, and written content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Purchases made through Etsy or another marketplace are also subject to that platform’s applicable terms.
