Everlasting Vow is Sculptured Couture’s wedding collection of handmade floral concrete place card holders, wedding favors, and table décor. Created by Oregon artist Katarzyna Swenson, these pieces can help guide guests to their seats and become keepsakes they take home. Most Sculptured Couture pieces are made to order, so production planning is part of choosing your wedding details.

One piece, more than one purpose

A place card holder can serve as a detail in your table setting, display a guest’s name during the reception, and become a wedding favor afterward. At home, the recipient can use it to hold a photograph or small note. Decide whether you would like one piece for each guest, a smaller number for a welcome display, or coordinated pieces for several parts of the celebration.

Choose your designs and color direction

Start with the Everlasting Vow collection and identify the designs you like. Share your wedding palette, venue style, table photographs, and any details you would like the pieces to complement. Custom colors and coordinated pieces can be discussed; what is possible depends on the design, materials, quantity, and schedule.

If you would like guest-name cards, special presentation, or other personalization, describe the request clearly. Confirm what is included in the order rather than assuming that every accessory shown in a styled photograph is supplied. Handmade colors and details can vary between pieces.

Plan quantities and arrival dates together

Give the studio your wedding date and the date you need the completed order to arrive. Include an approximate guest count, the number of pieces you are considering, and the delivery destination. Tell us if a wedding planner or venue will receive the order, so the practical arrangements can be discussed.

A listing or collection photograph does not mean that a large order is ready for immediate dispatch. Production time must be reviewed for your specific designs and quantities. Discuss your plans early and confirm the production schedule, price, shipping or delivery, and any agreed changes before placing the order.

What to include in your wedding inquiry

Please share your preferred designs, approximate quantities, colors, wedding date, requested arrival date, destination city and state, and anticipated budget. Explain whether the pieces will be wedding favors, place card holders, welcome-table décor, gifts, or a combination. You do not need every detail finalized to begin the conversation.

For custom details, describe what matters most to you and where you have flexibility. This helps Katarzyna review a realistic proposal for your celebration instead of treating your inquiry as a standard off-the-shelf order.
